Default I'm too lazy to take pics of my plugs (lean and not mean)

Well I was letting a friend borrow my tools to work on his SVT convetible mustang the other day and I got bored so I started to wrench on my own car. I thought to myself, hmm, I wonder what my spark plugs are lookin like?
(Denso Irdiums about a school year old)
Well I pull out #1 (closest to timing belt I think) for kicks and it's all nice a white/corroded looking, like the electrode is still there and all, but the white definately showed I have been running lean. Unless my timing likes to change itself, it's been @ 17* of advance (stock is +or- 15*)

This motor hasn't given me any problems yet, but it hasn't been able to ever go below a 15.3 in the 1/4 mile either. (could be my driver error too)..but anyways

The car has probably just 200k on it (cluster swap makes my clueless) and it's a near stock 1st gen b16. I think it's time for a fuel pump replacement and check the tank and see if it's all nasty inside or not.

I plan to supercharge this car in the future, so what fuel pumps yall like for something like that? 255 lph? dsm's? if so which one again?

also, if my tank is all gunked up, got some info on how to make it shiny again?

When I pulled my tank to put an ITR FP in, the tank was spotless. The car had 230k on the odo. Dont go w/ the ITR, pita cuz it doesnt sit low enough in the tank to truely have 11.9 gallons and Im too lazy to extend the pickup. Id be willing to bet most ppl would say the walbro 255 will work just fine. HTH
