I cornered weighed my car today, what do you think about the results?
I used my friend scales to do some corner weighting today. This is what i go as a final result. (The floor is flat and the scales are acurate to within +/-1 lbs)
Total Weight: 2430
LF: 834 RF: 723
LR: 434 RR: 439
So my cross weight percetages were. 0.476 and 0.523
Side Weight distribution is : 47.5% and 52.4%
This is on my daily driven b18c EG hatchback with 1/2 tank of gas.
Origonal readings were 0.439 and .560...so i think i did some good here.

If the track has mainly left hand corners do you really want 50/50 or would his current setup make the car handly left hand corners better?
there are people that will set up for different courses with different weights..etc Mario Andretti is sometimes creditied with starting this set-up approach to roadracing in the 70s.
The problem you get into is..just how much to do and which corner to set up for. Unless you are ready to do tons and tons of testing, with scales at a track..its not going to be worth it.
You could set up alignment/shocks/springs easier if you wanted to go through one type corner faster than others. (For instance, IndyCars run Negitive camber on the right side, and Positive camber on the left)
