Default quick help - are '92-'95 Civics able to work with '99+ radios (or other years?)

I've got a '92 Civic EX that the guy swapped the stereo out on back in '91 when he bought it for a CD player (and now the 13 year old CD player doesn't work too well, or at all..)

So I'm looking on eBay for a Civic stereo with a tape deck, and am wondering if the '99+ are fully compatible, plug right in?

You would have to cut the harness off of a 99 and wire it in.. the stereo harness between those yrs change.

crap.

You don't know of a pre-made harness that'd connect the two do you?

Or maybe I'll just dig around for a '95 one (I want one as new as possible)
