Cheapest and CALI legal way to have a really fast B18B1 all motor non vtec. i was thinking i can go with the stock ITR headers, intake manifold and throttle body, and the inside port and polished, pistons and cams and new gears...what do you guys think, looking to spend 1g and less, jdm stuff i can get for dirt cheap, i want that cuz i want the heat shield, going as stock look as possible...i have a gsr hydraulic tranny on it btw right now and proabably run a ITR cat too
