How hard is it to remove a crossmember ??

i bent mine pretty bad ... so now how hard is it to replace it myself ?? is it all bolts and stuff or is welding and cutting involved ??

yup... all bolts, nuts, and some screws. No cutting/welding necessary.

this might help you, i did the same. Which bits have you bent? i damaged the lower control arm mount on the rear cross member so I just replaced everything

Me and My friend did it last year at buttion willow race way. It was during HC, he took the off road track hehehe. It took us less then 2 houres to remove the crossmember and left side axil.
