They are fine with stock wheel studs, however rules require extended studs at actual events. I just put my extended ones on this morning.

i thought the rule was just about how much of the stud actually screwed into the lugnut itself?

it is, the rules say that if u have a 7/16s stud, the lug nut has to b engaged on the stud 7/16ths of an inch. same with 1/2 studs, as the stud size goes up the engagement goes up. it has a diagram in the rule book in section 16 i believe. extended wheel studs are for 11.99 and faster cars.

for 11.99 do you need front and REAR wheel studs?? or just on the power wheels??

also, does anyone know if they can be installed on a dc2 integra (4 bolt) without removing the hub??

technically according to tom a NHRA tech official they can enforce the rear extended wheel stud rule but most do not because they arent on the drive wheels. i dont have extended studs in the rear and ive been to 2 tech sessions so far this yr and had no issues.
