How can I stop my venom intake mani from whistling so much, its really annoying and I cannot figue out exactly where the whistle comes from. It was professonally installed.

BTW: dont say "buy a Skunk2" or ill slap you

is it supposed to do that? check the TB and see how it is bolted on. if it is not centered, then air coming in, could be getting a little drag off the sides of the mani intake port.

 

$5 says its the throttle body gasket and not the manifold.

 

If need be you can give me your nicer Venom unit and I'll trade you my skunk2

 

Im not getting rid of it...yet. However if it continues to give me issues I will consider trading it + a few bucks. Ill let you know, im taking it in thurday to see if they can stop the whistiling, I was throwing a code 14 also. So they have to fix what is causing that problem also.

 

it was the TB gasket, the TB was actually loose from the manifold, causing air to get in. Thanks. Its fixed now
