Where the passenger side axel meets the tranny there is a small amount of play, probably just less than 1mm overall. Seems like whatever the axel connects to inside the tranny is loose, Bearing? What bearing is this and has anyone had similar problems?

Also, I have been getting a banging noise when i make hard left turns of go over large bumps (basically when stress is on right suspension). Could this be related?

Here's a pic. It doesn't seem to pull out any but it wobbles about 1mm total when grasping that big brown part.

mine did too, i believe its just play in the differential
