Does anyone have/know the specs for the stock ITR int and ex cams. Already did a search.

is that for "high" lobe or "low" lobe

Thanks, I found the specs in the service manual last night but I don't know the conversion. It is listed like this:

Duration (lift)
33.088 (1.3027) 36.865 (1.4138) 34.732 (1.3674) intake
32.785 (1.2907) 36.333 (1.4304) 34.691 (1.3658) exhaust

It is for primary low, center is the big(vtec lobe) secondary low. But what is the conversion? .153604?

Those are the total diameter of the cams. It's already in mm (and inches)!!! If you know the diameter of the ground circles, then you can calculate the lift...
