Help with MINI ME Code e Keeps on coming on????
Hello, I have a D16a Block with a d16z6 head and while i am driving all the sudden for no apparent reason, the car will start running weird and my CEL will come on with a code 3 but once i turn off my car and reset the ECU everything will be fine again?????? and the same thing will happen a day later.... whats the problem here???? i think i have a problem with my wiring.. but what could it be????? also my idle RPM will keep on moving from 550 to 750 jumping numbers example: 575-675-582-744-550-620 what is the PROBLEM???????????????

well the map sensor was originally plugged on the firewall but now since i got the z6 head is plugged in on the throttlebody i think something is not plugged in right????

You didnt plug the tps sensor into the map sensor or vice-versa did you.. You should just plug into the obd1 map sensor on top of the throttlebody..

How whats done.. Just make sure the map sensor is plugged in correctly, Thats all..

What kind of conversion harness did you use..
The map sensor could be bad or you might have a bad wire or something.. If you still have the obd0 map sensor try plugging it in and run it to a vacuum line of the intake manifold.. This will let you know if the other map sensor is good or not..

ok the intake manifold that i have is a d16z6 manifold ... since i still the original SI harness what and where do i connect to the manifold?????
