seems like all youre looking for and needing is just upgraded pads. i wouldnt bother with anything else if you dont know where to start and dont know what you want to achieve.
axxis ultimates, ceramic enhanced raybestos from pepboys and hawk HP+ seems like popular street options.

better run right out and buy these for 4k apiece

AEM nissin pads are good or you can upgrade to the DC5R Brembos for like 1500 for the 4 corners from a parts importer
Other than that Rotora makes pretty damn good kits ofr that car (which suprised me actually)
actually why don't you start here

Things that will help your braking performance/feel (in order of performance):
Better tires
the right pads
stainless steel lines
new fluid (valvoline is a good off the shelf fluid that won't eat your wallet)
things that will not help:
slotted drilled rotors
big brake kits (unless you change everything about the braking system from pedal to MC to calipers, tires, AND it will also interfere with the efficacy of your ABS if you have it.)
good luck.

Those pads stuck.
Better tires + Axxis Ultimates.

The AEM's blow. I tried a set, they crumbled after a single 20 min track session on my stock slow *** 90 Integra.

I would also recommend ducting the front brakes. even on a stock set-up better cooling will help immensely.

I agree. Great pads for the money, but a bit too strong if you have typical stock tires.

Im not trying to high jack his thread but someone said no xdrilled or slotted roters why not is ther someting better or are they nominal. What would you use for rotors with high performance pads.

LOL! Are you trying to make it a challenge to answer this question?
Seriously, as you can see from the hugely varied responses, "track use" isn't a good enough elaboration to get you any useful information. IMHO, to get something useful from your question, you'll need to tell us exactly what you're using now, how you're using it, and how it is failing you or falling short of your needs (specifically, not "I want to stop better"). Anything less will give you the overgeneralized and varied responses above (including both of mine thus far).

Why degreade the stress level of the metal? Most "cross drilled" and "slotted" rotors just tear up your pads, and warp and stress crack. They just aren't worth it. Please dont' get these confused with actual press fit rotors (such as a Porsche brake rotor etc...) I have never had good expieriences with aftermarket slotted or drilled rotors.
You want a good alternative to OEM expensive rotors Brembo Blanks or Autozone's. Rotor upgrades (in stock diameter) are to me not worth it.
As was said pads and tires are going to be your best bet. People would be surprised if they actually tried this before wasting $3000.
