since you have a vtec motor .. and dont have a vtec ecu .... who did you make your vtec turn on...


i kno you can use a vtec controller.. but what do you use to activate the oil pressure switch?


can you guys point me toa site or on a how to .. or parts i would need..

No need for the oil pressure switch/sensor. Your only concern is the solenoid. IMHO you should just spend the $$$$ and do it the right way. Go buy a VTEC ecu and hook it up correctly. The advantages of a Vtec ecu is the fuel,map and timing curves you gain when Vtec kicks in. When you hard wire it all you are doing is turning on a switch activating Vtec.

well the thing is.. its my little CRV b20 vtec project... i cant really find a automatic gsr ecu.. or a automatic b16 ecu...the only thing i have is the vafc...

why dont i need to hook up the pressure switch?i thought i needed to hook that up

They did make auto OBD 0 B16 ECU's so do it right or dont waste your time.

get yourself the ecu , so vtec will work how it was meant for

majority of the pr3's are automatic.

stay away from pw0 since they are mostly manual.

this is a CRV its obd2 the motor is still in the CRV LOL im usin gthe CRV its not a swap
