Default Stroker B16A = LSVTEC?

Hey guys,

I just picked up a JDM B16A(gen2) block. Is it possible to put LS rods and crank in there to stroke the engine to 1.8L? Like an LSVTEC? ... The reason I want to do this is because people keep talking about block guards and girdles and vtec oil squirters ... these are all present on the B16A block right? So do you guys think this is a good idea?

thanks!

- Charles

Yes, you can use LS rods and Crank but i think you will need stronger rods and balanced crank to withstand the high rev abuse.

I'm thinking about this piston kit..But then again i'm waiting to see a dyno chart, or just go with my CRVTEC plans.
