i gathered the info thanks: Redline 75W 90
Endless GL5 grade 80W90
Motul PA 90
and if i'm not mistaken the type-s takes 3liters... please correct me if i'm wrong

Spoon parts are usually "improved" Honda/Acura parts for use in the endurance racing that Spoon puts their own cars in. I'd be interested in knowing how and why this clutch differential was developed!

I am just wondering, for those of you have a clutch type LSD, how often do you change your transmission oil?
I drive my car daily and I take it to a road course once a while, the oil is being changed after each track event, is it consider to be too often? It is pretty expensive to change oil after every track day..
