Default Piston pin washers or not?

This is hard for me to explain but I will try.
I'm going to change my pistons. The stock ITR pistons are leaving and Wiseco?s are going in.
The problem is the space inside the piston where the rod is going to be. Normaly that space is 22mm wide. But in an aftermarked piston the space is 24mm wide. So the rod can move 1mm to both sides over the piston pin. What do you guys do? Do you fill this space with two 1mm washers at both sides of the rod? Or not?
The washers could prevent moving over the piston pin and pushing the pin rings out of the piston.
Can you guys follow me?
Can this happen, or is this never happened?

Maybe a strange question but I want to know before I'm going to put the pistons in.

Copy this search and past it into the query area using the search function.

wrist + pin + aftermarket + pistons + rods

There are some suggestions on how to fit aftermarket pistons onto the stock rods, since apparently stock wristpins are "pressed" in whereas aftermarket pistons use "circlips" on the ends. Ed

most ppl just have the small end bored out a bit
and make the rod float on the wrist pin, and use the circlips
