Looks nice! The motor looks like a 5 milliion series motor. You should'nt have any problems with the swap since you got it from HMO. Just make sure that the dizzy does'nt have any water or moisture in it.

Yep... that's an SiR motor. Just make sure you get the right axles (crazy *** teg axles from God knows when), or a new intermediate shaft (90-93 Teg, uses 90-93 Teg axles)...

I know it's a crappy pic, but sometimes you get lucky and you're sent more than just engine, tranny, ecu. When my swap came, I got the whole powertrain. Full wiring harness, axels, shift linkage etc...(I don't have the pic though)
Here you can see my extra wiring harness.

Wow, tx for all the posts and willingness to assist

Lucky for me i started taking the engine apart today and began to inspect it. Alternator Belt and Timing Belt are shot, the Alt belt was actually torn in some spots, probably from delivery and the Timing belt looks like it was 100 years old, was probably on the shelf for a litl while. Also the axles are shot, have punctures and such, will probably going to do a trade in with em at Advanced or Autozone for new/remanufactured ones.

So far lets see...

Engine: $1,860 (HMO)
Mounts: $300 (Hasport)
Shift Linkage: 60$ (Hasport)
Clutch Cable (OEM): $60
Radiator Hoses (OEM) : $27
Misc. Tools, Spray, Fluids, Filters, Bolts, Pins, Bushings, etc. : $150

Total: 2457

After checking the engine over again i know i cant get away with leaving some of these items so will need to add...

Timing Belt (OEM): $70
Alternator Belt (OEM): $20
Axles: $70 (Advance/AZ)
Throttle Cable (OEM): didn't get a price quote, prolly like $60ish.

That will bring the grand total up to around... $2677

Excluding any cost that might come up from something i forgot, or a kick my own *** mistake.

SiR need different teg axles?

with an SiR, you're supposed to build axles for it... HASport had a great page about it, but I don' think that it exists any longer.

If you get an Integra Intermediate Shaft, you can buy your axles from Autozone or wherever you prefer, just get 90-93 Teg axles... that's why the guys with the B16A's from the Tegs have it so much easier. Ask around... but I see that you've got axles in that pic, so you're good to go.

They'll be way too long, your hubs will bind, children will cry, women will gnash their teeth, and the seas will boil with blood. Standard stuff.
