Which is best for all round driveability both on the street and on the track?

What kind of track? Drag strip, autocross, road coarse?

Drag - turbo
AutoX - JRSC
Road coarse - whatever works for you.

supercharger with nos !

just cause i hate b16's their torqueless
and can't stand it for daily driving...
reving to 5k to just keep the guy behind you from rearing you

u need the low end torque

I think nitrous would be your best choice. You can turn it on and off whenever you want to use it.
