in Thunderhill next month? Just wondering what the competition like. I'm spoiled after 2 SoCal event with so many cars. Can we get more cars to join in NorCal region?

I wish I could make it next month. I wish I could make any race this year. Good luck guys! I guess I could be the Nor Cal Honda Challenged I dont think you guys need a back marker anyway.

 

Don't knock yourself to hard, I've been racing for 20 years and still learning, keep working at it.

ill be there but not in honda challenge.
it will be my my third event in hpde and my first in group 2 not that there is much of a diff but my instructors said that i was ready for it so here we come. I cant wait to be there all i here is great things about the track.

hey, come by and say Hi. We need to convince you to get your racing license and jump into Honda Challenge. Especially in H1

Ill be at Thill racing in H1. With a new paint job and hopefully all the bugs out of the car. I really wanted to go down to BW and race, but we werent finished painting the car and getting it to run right, so I had to pass. I will be running the rest of the season in Nor Cal HC and possibly a couple So cal HC events. We'll see if i can pull some funds together .

dang i wish i can go but i have to save money for a trip... never ran at t-hill yet but i have done 2 events of HPDE at infineon (sears point)... next event i'll will be in group 2 although my last event felt like i was in group 2 riding solo and following my instructor

I don't know, I thinking about racing at Thill instead of Wiilow Springs. Depends whether or not I want to pursue the WC HC (so cal) H1 championship. How's the nor cal H1 competition looking like at THill May 1st & 2nd?

if everyone shows up to Thill we would have around 5 or 6 counting me, you, Tom Lepper, Andrie, Patrick S (if his cars fixed), and Clyde. Im not sure whos coming, I wish the So Cal guys would reconsider and come run with us.

 

The bad news is Tom Lepper is not coming. I was considering going to Willow, as big crowd = more fun. But I guess money, and time is also an issue for me.

 

I'm currently building my integra for H4.. if the money holds out I will be out there some time this year.. right now I just running time trails

Why isn't Tom L. coming? did he finally sell the accord to Pitre? Even then, Lepper still has his Type R's to race.

 

Last I heard he is going to play with his dragster.

Yep. That is what he told me the other day.

Gordon's H2 car will be there.

I won't be there until Sun. I will be celebrating my son's first communion.
Not that it matters, since Derek will be there with the car on Sat. He usually drives on Sat anyway. He will do his best to administer any HC needs that arise.

PS If anyone needs any Cobalt Friction products delivered to the track, let me know!
