snap on tq wrench
anyone use this or anything like it..
i need a new tq wrench for stuff like motor assembly crap like that and this looked kinda cool.. never used an electric tq wrench wondered how they compare to the regular style.. this one is 2% accuracy and is prettydeciently priced
the 1% are alot more expensive

I have that same wrench. It takes a little while to get use to but it works great. It vibrates and beeps. The digital read out is great because you can see the exact torque that you have tightened the bolt too. Plus you can convert between all the diff. measurements in the world. The other nice thing is that it will go from 1lb all the way to 100 lbs. you do not have to have 2 separate wrenches, one for lower torque specs.
On top of all that it is just plan cool

I have both the regular ones in 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2" and I also just recently bought all the same sizes in the electrics. I love the electrics, but my old style is more accurate. I don't have click types dial gauges more accurate. All depends on what I am going to use them for.
snap on sucks. Those ******* won't fix my torwue wrench or replace it. I also have a few rachets and breaker bars that need replacing or rebuilding and they just say no. Thos bitches were trying to say that I wasn't using my tools like how I should have. WTF? It didn't break trying to beat someone down with at the track(lol), they broke wrenching on cars.
**** Snap-on. It's all MAC, Matco, and craftsman for me.

Snap On warranty is all controlled by the dealer. If the dealer is a ***** then you wont get good warranty service. I had a tool break about 2 months ago and been trying to get it replaced. I have got every excuse in the world from him, he cant remember which lie he has told so I get them all. Last wednesday I told him not to come back to my store until he has my tool. There are 5 guys here who pay their tool bills every week, so he should be getting my tool pretty quick.

I just bought a craftsman 3/8" cause I didnt trust the calibration on my old snap-on one. I like it and I really think Craftsman is coming around with their tooling.
I am about to buy the little baby 1/4" tq wrench that snap-on has. Its perfect for the little stuff like rocker arms and all the other little 10mm bolts found on our engines.

I have used both the regular and digital snap on wreches and for some reason never really like the digital, especially for the money. I do really like and recommend the TQ series torque wreches with the thumb wheel for settting. I have three of them, they are very nice:

i haVE on e i use it almost weekly. i like it more than the other snap on one that has the flip thing with the turn ****. i dont like any torque wrenches they all suck. the one nice thing is that the elec. one does a broader range and it converts. very nice. and you can watch the actual torque as well will you are turning the fastner.
over all opinion is if you buy onie torque wrench buy this one.
