Default Z10 Engineering radius arms

I tried installing the radius arms today and the bolt patterns don't seem to line up. I can install all bolts on one side but when I try to bolt up the other side, they don't line up. I tried doing one bolt on each side at a time and it doesn't seem to line up in any way. It seems that the center brace (the one you have to drill to the chassis) is the one that will not allow me to line up the holes.

The other problem I might have is that even if I do bolt on each side, it seems like I will only be able to bolt on the first hole not the one in the middle. But then again it might if I'm able to line up the side bolts. Let me know if anybody has had this problem. I'm not SAE certified but I don't think you need to be to install this kit. I will be calling Justin on Monday to see what can be done.
Thanks

i had the same problem, what you have to do is tap the center brace(the one you have to drill a hole in the chassis for) down a little with a hammer, then put all the bolts in loose(juat a few threads in each) till you have them all in then tighten them down , it goes on a lot easier that way.good luck

I thought that center piece is supposed to be bolted to the bottom of the jacking point not on top of it.

look at the 5th pic from my post...it sits next to the mounting point...
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=83110

we had to use a different size bolt than what they supplied, wouldn't fit b/c it was too long, it hit the radiator from underneath...directions weren't clear (pic wise) so we couldn't see how they did it..

i also had the same problem on my 2000 GSR i could not get all the bolts in. i got in the 2 bottom ones on each side and once those were in i still couldnt line up the top bolt on each side. but as of now i have only the 2 bottom bolts on each side in. maybe from 2000+ the chassis is a little bit different.

I thought this was supposed to be a well engineered kit... What gives?

Jason (typer98) and I just installed them Friday night and the fit is very tight but does line up perfect. If you look at the pic's on the other install you will see that use had to use a jack on the other side to lift the bar in place. We installed the 3 bolts on the one side and then used the jack to lift up the side into place. The 3 bolts went in no problem after that. It does have to do with the center bracket. It is realy right, but everything lines up except for the center bolt. We had to drill another hole on the bracket and use a shorter bolt.

It is a very well engineered kit. The problem is not everyone's frame is in perfect condition. Mine was off quite a bit, however, with patience I got all the bolts in without making any new holes or anything of that sorts. The bar is actually so strong that it will pull out any minor deflections of the frame.

I dont know where you jacked up the car from, but when first tried to put mine on I had jacked the car up from the side and it would line up(because the car flexed) then I jacked it up from the front center point and it fit like butter. Give that a try if you haven't already.

Are these radius arms basically a 'bolt on' kit? You guys didnt have to drill into anything, or you just utilized what was already there?

The kit bolts on to the factory toe hook positions. there is one small hole that needs to be drilled on the radiator support, which provides an additional brace to the unit. it is really easy to do.

I lifted the car from the central jack support under the radiator and propped the car up on jackstands. So there was no flexing. My car doesn't have so much as a door ding let alone frame damage due to an accident, so if the car's frame comes perfect from Acura then mine is still considered perfect.
I didn't try to jack it up into place but I still feel that the bolts wouldn't line up. I tried to push it up with oneside loosly attached and it seemed that only one of the bolts would line up.
