Default 4.73 final drive and boost ???

Is this a realistic setup? 4.73 and boost anywhere from 4psi to 12 psi? I'm using a D series motor. I wanna do this on a 4dr 88-91 civic with lsd and use this as a street/drag setup. Is this too radical a final drive for boost? I searched the final drive and boost but all I found was hydraulic tranny tegs or swapped civics with b series and hydraulic trannys. Didn't yeild definitive results. Anyone here doin this setup? thx

will be pretty crazy, lots of tire smoking action, but it might be nice with a set of 25 or 26" slicks. what kind of power do you plan on making?

I wanna shoot for 200-225? I'm thinkin of a t3 with .42 .48 or a rhb5, I wanna test both. I have a 4.25 final drive l3 Si tranny but since I'm doin the lsd I thought I'd do a 4.73 final drive.
Seems like the gsrs have success with these. people still boost em.
What about on street tires? Or am I crazy?

you'll pick up time by NOT going into 5th through the traps. pick your rev limiter, gearing, and tires to accomplish that.
