on my ek coupe my one headlight is dimmer than the other, my right blinker light comes on but doesnt blink and my left blinker wont come on or blink. all the bulbs are new too. and my lights surge when i hit the gas, whats going on

 

This could be a long shot, but I once diagnosed a similar problem in an accord.
It ended up being one of the headlight fuses were blown, causing electricity to back feed through some of the other circuits, making alot of the lights act strange.

Check all your fuses. If thats not the problem, then you've probably got a short somewhere.
