I was wondering if a B-Series Greddy turbo kit can be used on a D-Series if the manifold is switched?

Also if someone could describe the differences in the two kits.

Desc: TDO5H-18G
Notes: cast-iron manifold, 4x 310cc injectors, fuel control unit, Airinx AY-MB, piping and necessary hardware
Type: intergral wastegate
