Default Broke a exhaust housing bolt, and cracks by wastegate opening

I just picked up an IHI turbo for my D series (for free ) and i noticed a couple things...

one: it has small cracks by the wastegate opening (internal wastegate) on the inner exhaust housing. Will the turbo need a new housing? or will it be OK, i think it'll be OK, but leak a little bit out the exhaust and loose a little pressure. But still usable non the less.

two: when trying to take off the the exhaust housing off to inspect the cracks further and the insides, i broke a bolt off in the housing. Who can i go to to get it out?

The cracks shouldnt really be a problem if they are small. Alot of used T3 turbos have that same problem. As for the broken bolt. You can buy this drill bit called a screw extractor from any hardware store. You should first get some automotive penetrating lubricant (Kragen) and spray the bolts. Next you take a drill bit and drill into the center of the bolt, directly down. You then take the screw extractor and drill it into that hole and it should come out (hopefully).

The cracks wont hurt. Check the inside of the housing. It is probably cracked in their too. The Hairline cracks are common.

Be careful with the screw extractor. It's hardened metal and if you end up breaking it off in the original bolt, your screwed! So be careful. If you think it's going to break, then drill out the hole and retap it. If it's just 1 bolt, I wouldn't worry about it though. (but that's just me)
