Knock Sensor for B18B

Do I need to hook up the Knock sensor ? I am doing a swap to my EK with a B18B motor.

B18Bs do not have knock sensors.

edit: Unless it was added, and even then the LS harness does not have a connector for it and the stock LS ecu will not read it. Hope that helps.
