anybody ever ride on stock springs / aftermarket shocks?
just wondering if anyone does this
i know people do aftermarket springs / stock shocks but i havent heard of anyone doing it the other way around
would it do anything ?

depending on shocks, your ride can either remain unchanged or something like tokico illuminas/koni yellows, your ride can be stiff/harsh as heck on local streets (on stiff setting of course)

Ya that is right. I had coilovers on my 93 with stock struts. The ride is not that good after the stock struts blow. I don't recomend it. The stock struts will blow a lot faster than aftermarket sturts will because they are not designed to work with aftermarket parts.

aftermarket shocks for stock springs is kind of pointless really. but a good stock shock replacement would be the kyb gr-2's. they ride pretty good and are a lil more aggressive than stock, but pretty close.
