Ah damn I can't find the thread, but it's only like 25 lbs more for the H swap.
The block is 2 lbs heavier and the tranny is 23 lbs heavier if I remember correctly.
EDIT: I am the search master...ask and ye shall recieve.

the actual weight diffrence is around 70 lbs when all said and done. However, the weight is only half the problem. The h22 puts much more weight further up in the engine bay. This causes more understeer/plow, and if your into autocross or road racing, I would say this engine is not for you.

Please don't post **** out of your ***. You oubviously don't know, so just don't post. The misinformation gets spread all around because of people like you.
Do you have any PERSONAL experience with an H22 road racing? In the FAQ thread there is PLENTY of info from Newman and Poison about road racing with an H22.
Hell, you can loose 25 lbs out of a front end by swapping to a smaller battery.
