JDM GSR...into 94 DEL SOL SI. Problems PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
Heres is the skinny
94 Del Sol Si, swapped in a JDM obd1 b18c.
I'm not getting any spark and my fuel pump will not turn on. Car cranks all day but wont fire(it does however fire on ether when sprayed into the intake) I've checked the realy for the pump, jumped it and it runs (aka not a pump problem). I've got to think that its an electical problem (ecu not getttin power or something) I made the harness so i might have messed up a wire or something.
Does the Del Sol have an ASD solenoid? if so where is it? (under the steering wheel maybe?) Im gonna start searching for wiring diagrams but if anyone wants to toss a link up that would be great.
Im currently without transportation till this bitch runs. So i need to figure this out ASAP! thanks in advance for the help gentlemen.

you sprayed ether in the intake????
did you hold a plug wire with a plug connected to it near a ground to test for spark or you automatically think that there is no spark because your car wont start?
bump for you...

It shouldn't fire if there is no spark...Regardless of what you sprayed into the intake. Check your wiring first, its kinda hard to troubleshoot withouth knowing exactly what you did for this swap, ie wiring etc... If your wiring turns out to be correct, check your distributor (igniter)... Good luck !!!

Fuel, spark, and timing is all you need to have a running engine. Eliminate your wiring and then work on these. Here is a link to get you started
