Alright guys. My first post in here. Working on a 1994 del sol 1.5. I have been hunting through honda-tech and reading everyone's suggestions for similar problems for the past 5 days. This is driving me nuts. I'm showing no spark to the plugs but the plug wires are testing good. TDC sensor was bad in distributor so I replaced the distributor. Engine cranks but no fire. Checked all sensors, all fuses, all relays, all grounds. Fuel pump is good and sending fuel. Performed the basic checks on the ECU that I could with the ohmsmeter. I even removed the viper 5000 anti theft system the previous owner installed wondering if its programming got screwed when the first person unhooked the battery. Am I looking at a shot ECU? Is there a way to test it without taking the car in for a computer diagnostic? Or have I missed something that none of the local mechanics can think of? I have been trouble shooting this car for nearly a week now and still, it won't start. Ideas?

Is the dizzy receiving 12v?

as far as i can tell, yes. checked main power to the dizzy. checked sensors and wires. all power seems to running as it should

Alright, ECU was the problem, put new one in and now I'm getting fuel injection and spark. But now the engine won't catch during turnover. I'm really not sure what the problem is. Ideas?

We have spark to the plugs now and fuel from the injectors. the engine cranks or turns over but wont catch and start.

Is spark bright white? If so, check the mechanical timing and compression test the cylinders.
