yes, recalibrating the TPS would get rip of the problem with the VAFC reading 4.3% open with a completely closed throttle but, it wouldn't fix the sticky throttle problem.
what i did was, i took off my friend's throttle body and adjusted the nut on the bottom of the throttle body that acts as a stopper for the throttle plate.
there should be a stud and a locknut below the throttle plate. i adjusted it enough so it wouldn't stick and to not adversely affect the idle. adjust it so, it wouldn't stick and when you put it up against a light, there is no or very little light showing through the edges of the throttle plate.

when i start it up it reads zero % throttle so i dont think its my tps, also i checked it on my vafc and its reading .45 closed throttle and 4.5 wot(if i rember the numbers correctly)

like i said, the TPS voltage has nothing to do with the sticking throttle body. read my entire post and maybe it'll help you out.

If you pull the intake off you should be able to tell by looking what it is sticking on. If you unhook the cable and it moves fine then you know thats the problem, otherwise you may just have to clean it like the guy said.

no it isn't stuck on the stud but, the stud on the bottom of the throttle body regulates how much the plate is actually opened at completely closed throttle. so, if you raise the stud a little and lock it with the lock nut, the plate will rest on the stud
