Default Increasing fuel pressure for power/fuel.

Well... I am running a GSR engine with my weak sauce DX fuel pump. So until I can score a new pump... I bumped the pressure in an effort to provide enough petrol.

With the stock setting at 48psi... I upped it to about 55psi. But reviewing charts and using the law about pressure vs. flow... I begin to wonder... am I flowing less fuel at that high of a pressure on stock injectors/stock civic pump ?

Would lowering the fuel pressure to stock be better... or was the upping my pressure still a good idea ?

no, you'll flow more fuel with more pressure since every time the injector opens, the fuel will have more pressure to come out.up to certain point

ok... so at least I'm not restricting anything....

What would be 'too high' of static pressure for a DX pump... anyone know ?
