Default which would be better b16 stroked or b20?

i plan to go turbo soon and i was wondering which would be better? stroked to 2.1 or to buy the b20 block? I'm not to worried about price just the numbers

if you stroked a b16a to a 2.0, it would be a pretty long stroke, you probably wouldn't be able to rev as high, as per say you had a b20. I would probably sleeve and bore a b16 to 2.0 specs rather then stroking it, therefore keeping the same stroke with the same amount of displacement. the factory b16a stroke is better for high revving then a b20 and much more better then a b16a stroked to 2.0. I've seen people take fully built b20s up to 9K though... im just saying it'd be safer to rev high in a b16.
