I noticed cold air inake seem to be the loudest. the major players are AEM and Injen. I've ran a CAI and a Short ram. CAI alway make more power. But I like the short ram because you don't have to mod anything on the car.

get comptech. you won't get the same sound or the power as aem but it's like stock but little more power. better yet just drill a hole on the side of stock air box, remove stock airbox silencer and hook up a custom pipe to the front air duct and that'll be fine.

well i have always used weapon-r and i have never been dissapointed in it. its loud enough for me and it boosted me up atleast 7-10hp

I've come up with my own stock airbox modification to get more air to it without the pressure drop of a cold air or even short ram..
just cut out all the fins on the inside of a stock airbox and the top of the intake tube inside...also cutting out the intake tube in the front of the car so more air can be let in from the front, AND putting a k&n filter in the stock box seemed to help my car. it was cheap and not too hard with the use of a dremel tool. ill eventually buy the mugen airbox though.
