Any recommadation on tower bar for 2004 Accord 40doors ?

Not sure if DC makes one for your car but that is always my top choice when it comes to tower bars..

I just got a crappy one off of ebay to try one out. Theyre good. DC and neuspeed i know, and i doubt they make one for your accord, but Comptech makes titanium tower bars that are 300 bucks but are the **** in my mom's TL

 

that's a lot of doors. 40?!? j/k


DC Sports probably makes one. or you can check ebay

 

the worst you can buy is the dc original one

 

strut tower bars dont really do all that much.....save up for some sway bars instead

 

the neuspeed ones are the only ones out that aren't complete POS's. they are non-hinged and connect at two bolts on each tower. the only possible way they could be better is if they triangulated to the firewall.

 

Dont the 6th gens and on come with factory strut bars? Mine has 2 bars it doesnt look like an aftermarket one but i believe it to be a strut bar.

 

A sway bar? hmmm......

 

they say strut tower bars reduce chassis flex, but i have heard that sway bars are better. I however noticed some stiffening when i installed a front upper strut bar.

 

just get a cheap ebay one...it will do the same....

rear sway bars make a big difference

 

I hate to jack the thread. but i just ordered a 3 piece setup off of ebay for my 93 accord. I was wondering as how to put the rear strut tower bar on. I have looked everywhere and don't seem to find an answer. thanks.

 

Rear strut bar? it have to be install inside the truck, right?

 

you would think it installed inside the trunk, but i didn't see the top of the shock towers. anybody done this before, on any accord. especially the 90-93 model??
