I have a 95 gsr, with custom cat back exhaust and aem cai. The car only has 40k on it. Any ideas of what i can do next without putting stress on my engine (ie. Nitrous). PS i am a just a student so I can not afford any turbos or intakes, and I live in the northeast so i have to worry about snow in the winter. Thanks

 

u already have an intake. Get some ITR cams, VAFC, and skunk 2 manifold.

 

after that get some front/way strut bars and put some springs/shocks on (eibach/KYB AGX).

 

If you spray nitrous only once inawhile, it will not effect the motor wear measurably, considering you're staying with like a 55shot.

Maybe you'd like to finish the intake header and exhaust combo. Get some handling mods, then maybe you want to finish off with nitrous? It's not nearly as bad as people think.

 

Well you already have an I/E. Might as well complete the combo and get some headers. If not, then get a V-AFC.

 

how much more money, do u want to invest...
$500-$1000...get nitrous, and cams...
cams: get the ITR cams...
(get a vafc only when u get cams, and when u dyno)
$1000-$2000...turbo @ 7psi

 

Get springs/shocks and an ITR rear bar.

Dont do anything else for as long as you can hold off....save for boost...

 

Try a Skunk manifold, Jdm Dc header, modify ecu and Itr cams. Probably run a little over 1000. Great upgrade though.
