Default quick question about a cel 45

1. Would that line not being plugged in, cause a cel 45?

2. Would that line not being plugged in cause me to idle odd, low, high, back and forth when im stopped?

Thanks

yeah i know that.

"System Too Lean or Too Rich malfunction in the fuel monitoring systems"

Im just wondering if that vaccuum line not being hooked up would throw that code.
