Default car running rich. Code 43

i'm also having a little problem w/ it running rich. I've found a few vacuum leaks that need to be fixed. Can I just tie into any vacuum hose. One of the sensors is broke and the vacuum port has just been plugged so when I hook up the new sensor I'll have to run a vacuum hose to it. The map sensor o-ring was missing so i replaced it and the car wouldn't start. I took it back out and it started. I just got the car so I'm taking care of someone else's mess. it's a 94 lx 4door w/ a z6 swap. Runnin off a p06 right now so no vtecage. Any input would be helpful.
