ok from what I understand the main ECU ground is the from the engine harness connecting to the waterneck on the block. Now would grounding out to someplace other then the waterneck cause it to react weird like having the dummy lights on my dash stay on but slightly dim?

If I remember I think we had grounded it out on the Armature housing bolt on the starter. Yeah I know hammer on me but could this be a sympton?
