Hey guys I tried real hard to find an answer for this but to no avail.

I am building a car from the ground up and have basically everything hooked up. I do not however, have my ECU because its off at Phearable getting s300 installed. I was wondering if I am able to check the accessories such as headlights, blinkers, sunroof motor, radio, and instrument lights without the ECU just to make sure everything is good (I did a mild tuck) and would it be bad if I even tried.
