Does anyone have a write up with pics on how to remove a shift cable from an automatic tranny? I have already done some research and the illustrated pics I have seen are not like the tranny that I have. There is a small bolt/screw that connects the cable to the control lever - but it was all jacked up when I took off the shift cable cover - do I need to remove this to take it off?

It is a 92 auto tranny from a D15B7 - need this info because I am swapping it out and this is one of the last things I need to disconnect.

I also may just cut it off and replace the whole thing if I cant get it off...
