yeah, it will lower your compression to 11.5

actually your compression will be 10.5:1
and with a stock head gasket you will be at 10.8:1

this is if you have a STOCK head (no milling) and stock block minus the .25 overbore

yes they do
they also stick out .010" on a b17

i completely forgot about that until you mentioned it
