Default DIY: front bumper support

wassup my fellow HT members. I am currently working on my jdm front end conversion. Before you guys start busting my *****, i DID do a search and i found the guide made by MASE. the only thing i am having trouble with is taking off the front bumper support. If you dont know what im talking about, its the big *** bar in back of your front bumper cover. how would i take this off my car. MASE has a great guide but left out the part about dissassembling the USDM parts. Thanks

you must be talking about the reinforcement bar. its easy. just a buncha big bolts and nuts. grab a wrench and take em off. they are located on the ends of the bar.

i would take a pic for ya, but im too lazy. on each side of the bar there is a rectangular space that is filled in with a plastic block thingy. if you take those out and look into it, you'll see the bolts. hope that helps.

You are correct!
I';m doing the Install myself as well and he didn't even really say much about the Radiator and fan etc. But I PM'd him..he said "I left it on and just pushed it back while I worked on it"? Is this what you did?

Please let me know the the "run-ins" you've encountered!
I will be doing mine in a few weeks(once it arrives)
Need to know if there are any otehr things he has left out!
Thanx!
