Default How difficult: JDM H22 into 90-93 Accord (both automatic)??

A guy I talk to at the meets has a JDM H22A (I believe he said OBD1) on the way to put in his 90-93 Accord. Both the motor and car are automatic. How is the wiring going to be on this? I am guessing this is not going to be a plug n play install, but I don't know. He plans to do this install tommorrow with the help from another guy. I'm not sure if the motor will be ready to drop in since it's coming from osaka I wished the guy had spoken to me earlier about the motor. He would of never ordered from them after I showed him the horror threads here. Anyhow, just looking for some broad info on this swap.

Thanks!!

This is just about the easiest swap there is. Assuming its OBD1 (kanobee, ha ha I crack my self up, too much Goldshlager) it is going to be completely plug and play. Accord axles, accord mounts, accord harness, P13 ECU, prelude TCM, accord AC bracket, compressor, and lines, prelude PS pump with a hybrid line, and you will have to run 3 wires...2 for vtec and 1 for knock sensor.

oh, forgot to mention that the prelude downpipe bolts PERFECTLY to the accord cat!

and auto h22's don't have less power at the crank. Of course they do at the wheels though because of the power-robbing auto tranny. Still a fun swap!

How about some info on the 2 vtec wires and knock sensor? Thanks for all the information none the less

PS <> Or will this be like any H22 going into an Accord as far as wiring? If so, I'm sure it has been covered numerous times and I can search for that. Thanks!
