Default tdo5h with FMU...is there a long term problem?

im in minnesota and there arent much reputable shops here. well anyway i found a shop an hour away who's done few custom turbos on b18b's with no problem. well as we speak my 98 EK hatch with b18b1 is getting a custom turbo put in which includes: tdo5h (mitsu turbo), mitsu BOV, 5" X 36" (i think..i may be off by an inch or two) intercooler, all pipings, fittings, cuplers, oil line, water line, downpipe, FMU, new turbo spark plugs, boost gauge, walbro 255 fuel pump, turbo timer. and i will be using stock injectors running 6~7 psi. also its all stock internals. my question is...with such a small *** turbo (tdo5h) can i run FMU for a while without any problems? it'll only take my car up to like 200 hp at the flywheel. i barely had enough money to come up with a turbo kit, cant afford a hondata, uberdata, aem ems...
