I know, it used to be 220 across the board, now it's down around 180psi per cylinder. My question, how bad is it to run like this? I know my rings are probably shot, but the car starts and runs pretty good...and what's the worst that could happen, the rings go bad??? Know what I mean. Anyways, just wondering...I don't want to build right now, maybe in a few months.

Nope, I was running nitrous and used to do compression checks like every 3K because I was paranoid. I've had the turbo on for about 10k...

Well, I'm guessing the damage happened when I had a 13 and 15psi boost spike...Had a faulty boost controller. Boosted for about 15K, Ran the blue box, the Hack and now I'm on uberdata. I'm thinking that there might have been some of the damage caused from the hack also, timing advance and all that jazz.
