Default Turn Signal socket ripped out

My passenger side turn signal socket on my 95 integra was ripped out and now my turn signal/hazards do not work. I ordered the sockets from acuraautomotivepart.org and I'm waiting for them to come in. My question is if I connect the socket to my turn signal harness, would everything work? since it was ripped out, should I just tape the wire to the sockets?

BTW this is for my passenger side. My driver side turn signal turns on but the signals don't work because I'm missing the passenger driver side.

TIA for any help

Has anyone had to replace a turn signal socket (socket that holds the bulbs) or whole turn signal harness? If so, please help me on fixing mine.

Well if the wires are still intact, then you dont have much to worry about. As long as your re-wire it, everything should be good as new

The sockets were ripped from the wire harness. So if I wire it to the new socket, everything should work fine right?

Yea this happened to me too, but all i did was re-wire it and it worked again. Check it out first and try to see what happens when you re-wire it. Its easy, unless your wires are not visible, you are going to have to locate its origin through the loom and wire that up
