what are good a/r and trims for accord?
F23
I was thinking of going with a t3/t4 from either turbonetics, garrett, or innovative. However, i'm lost on these trim levels.
High horsepower #'s isnt really the concern, I'd rather have quicker spool up.
I see stuff like this and I get confused.
"50 trim hybrid turbo with a .60 A/R compressor side and a .48 A/R turbine housing"
What do these figures mean and what are the optimal numbers for my turbo accord?

The 50 trim is the size of the compressor wheel. 50 trim is the smallest, 60 is big. Personally I like using a 57 trim.
Almost all turbos have a .60 ar compressor housing or very close, it's not as important.
The ar for the turbine housing is what effects how fast your turbo spools. .36 will spool really fast with bad top end power. .63 will spool slower but have better top end power. You'll probably want a .48 ar.

personally, I'm leaning towards a 57trim .64a/r myself with my f22. I'll be running around 9.5:1 c/r. Still haven't tossed out the idea of a 60-1 either though.
