Default white smoke from the exhaust

the car is blowing nothing but white smoke when i step on the gas could this be from a blown headgasket or blown piston rings, if u had experience with this before let me know what happen. tia

check for any oil in coolant/ coolant in oil if there is either than its your headgasket......u could check your compression, if its down i'd say ur piston rings is fried........hope this helps

probably your head gasket,

If your rings would happen to be fried, you would be blowing blue smoke too, but since you didn't mention that, I wouldnt worry about it being your rings

did a compression test yesterday.
is it the 3rd or 4th crank that u count
well on the 4th crank cyclinder 1,2, and 4 was 270
number 3 was 180
took the header apart and seen white spots on the pistons, i think i was running too lean even though the psi was bout 60,
and i check the wall and all was fined except for the 3rd one there was a big scar mark cause by the rings
