My speakers only work early in the mornings when my car is cold...kinda wierd..but once i turn the car off and restart it again throughtout the day the reciever turns on but theres no volume coming out of the speakers...weird..has this happend to anyone.

I think instead, the problem is your radio. No the speakers.

 

is there a way to make sure of that?
Ive only had the alpine reciver for a year and i got it for 400 when it first came out. The problem started when i got 2 new subs and an amp and my freind tried to install them and was unsuccsesful because this probalem started right when he connectted the subs ...now i have no amps or subs connected and it does this problem. All i have connected is the speakers and reciever.

 

There might be a problem with the radio's pre-amp. Have it checked.

 

yea...sounds like the hu is overheating get it checked
