USDM Integras Generation 3 do NOT have a governor. They are limited by power and engine speed.
JDM Gen 3 Integras DO have a governor.
I'm not sure about the previous generations, but I'm pretty sure they do. I believe they have the same limit as Civics do....around 120something.

I know I know....hehe. My bad. But everyone has a quote in their profile, I just wanted to fit in.
Anyway.....with turbo, you eliminate the intake and the header with the intercooler piping and turbo manifold respectively. And yes, you can put a turbo on a stock motor with no worries if the boost level is low and you have good tuning.

Yes sir. A blow off valve just reduces the chance of compressor surge where all that pressure is suddenly stopped at the throttle plate when it closes.....which then goes back to the turbo. 5-10psi won't do too much damage, but it's possible.

i just like the sound of the blow off valve thats why im asking, lol. Eventually ill beef up my engine enough to have high Psi levels, but until then...just the knowing fact i have turbo is fine lol

You sure about that? Mine didn't.
My 1997 LS was an automatic, I swapped it over to the 5-speed with the SAME automatic ECU.
I haven't encountered a limit when it was automatic....unless it's higher than 135mph. Using the same ECU with my built turbo setup and after the 5-speed swap, unless the limit is over 155mph, then it doesn't have a governor.
